Jeff Liu Lab ("the Site") is an online AI learning platform serving users worldwide. The Site's servers are located in the United States. By using the Site, you agree to the following terms.

  • Registration info: email address, username (via email or Google OAuth)
  • Purchase records: course purchase history (payments processed via Stripe — we do not store credit card information)
  • Usage data: learning progress, annotations, comments, and other user-generated content
  • Technical data: browser type, IP address, access logs (for security and performance)

How We Use Information

  • Provide and improve learning services
  • Process purchases and payments
  • Send course update notifications (unsubscribe anytime)
  • Ensure site security and prevent abuse

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data with third parties only in these cases:

  • Payment processing: Stripe
  • Authentication: Google (OAuth login)
  • Data storage: Supabase (hosting user data)
  • Legal requirements: in response to lawful requests from law enforcement

Account

  • You need an account to use paid features and social features (comments, annotations)
  • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
  • Each account is for personal use only and may not be shared or transferred

Purchases & Refunds

  • All courses are one-time purchases with lifetime access
  • Course content is continuously updated; updates are free for existing purchasers
  • Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if unsatisfied
  • Refunds will revoke access to the corresponding course

Content Usage

  • Free content (AI Wiki) may be freely read and cited with attribution
  • Paid course content (including code, docs, interactive components) is for personal learning only
  • Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale of course content is prohibited
  • You retain copyright to comments and annotations you post on the platform

Code of Conduct

  • Respect other users; harassment, discrimination, or abusive content in comments is prohibited
  • Using the platform for any illegal activities is prohibited
  • We reserve the right to remove violating content and ban violating accounts

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by United States law. In case of disputes, both parties should first seek resolution through amicable negotiation.
